Meet The Woman Who Holds The World Record For Sleeping With 919 Men In 24 Hours

It seems like nowadays, there is a record book for just about everything under the sun, no matter how ridiculous or cringeworthy. One of the most eccentric records that we have come across in recent times is that of a woman who holds the world record for sleeping with the most men in a single day.

This rather questionable record is held by United States adult actress Lisa Sparks, alternatively spelt as Lisa Sparxxx, who is said to have slept with 919 men in a single day. Technically, she achieved the questionable feat in only 12 hours.

Lisa Sparks set this rather unusual record on October 16, 2004, in Warsaw, Poland during the adult convention, Eroticon 2004. The actress took the challenge as part of the Third Annual World Gangbang Championship, where she was competing against two other women.

Lisa won the competition by having sex with 919 men over a period of 12 hours. In order to set the record, the men were only allowed 45 seconds with the actress. One of the women she was competing against was the former world record holder who had sex with 759 men in a day. On the day, Lisa Sparks won the competition after sleeping with 21 more men that the person who came second.

Prior to Sparks’ questionable achievement, Polish adult actress Marianna Rokita held the record after sleeping with 759 men in one day. Prior to that another adult actress, Klaudia Figura held the record after sleeping with 646 men in one day.

Surprisingly, however, despite working in the adult film industry for several years and starring in more than 188 films, Lisa Sparks has been married since 1995.

  • Birth Control Pills Should Be Given To Men Not Women – Eric Benèt

Birth Control Pills Should Be Given To Men Not Women – Eric Benèt

American R&B singer and songwriter, Eric Benèt Jordan professionally known as Eric Benèt has stated that birth control pills should be given to men instead of women.

According to him in a post on his Twitter page, men are more susceptible when it comes to child birth than women because a woman can only get pregnant once a year.

He explained that a man can impregnate four women a day per year which is equivalent to 1460 pregnancies.

He blamed scientist for creating birth control for the wrong gender.

Most young ladies who are sexually active take birth control pills to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Some health professionals have even encouraged the use of it despite some serious side effects.

The oral contraceptive pill, commonly known as “the pill,” is a hormone-based method of preventing pregnancy. It can also help resolve irregular menstruation, painful or heavy periods, endometriosis, acne, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Used correctly, the pill is highly effective, but because people make mistakes, 6 to 12 pregnancies in every 100 are thought to occur each year while using it. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put the failure rate for both types of pill at 9 percent.

One thing most young people ignore is that the birth pill doesn’t prevent the contraction of STDs and other sexually transmitted diseases.

Some women have lost their wombs while others have have had disruption in their menstrual cycles.

With all these risk factors, Eric believes that the birth control pills should be revised and be made for men to take.

Akuffo Addo begins distribution of 10,000 beds to public health facilities

A total of 10,000 hospital beds are to be distributed to all public health facilities across the country beginning this week under the Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme (IPEP).

This according to President Akufo-Addo is aimed at reducing the “no bed syndrome” in the country’s public health space.

Speaking at a ceremony in Accra to officially begin the distribution exercise, President Akuffo Addo says the government has in the last three years implemented programmes and policies aimed at improving the health delivery system of the country.

Nana Akufo-Addo said it is always disconcerting to see patients being treated in wheelchairs, in plastic chairs, and even on the floors because of the unavailability of beds.

“Government’s determination to see an end to this no-bed syndrome has resulted in the decision to procure these hospital beds and their associated accessories for distribution across the country, to augment the existing numbers in the country,” the President said.

To this end, he stated that “in total, 1,500 pieces of critical care beds with overhead tables; two thousand 2,000 pieces of standard hospital beds with bedside lockers; 4,000 pieces health centre beds with bedside lockers; 1,000 pieces of children’s cot; and 1,500 pieces of delivery beds have been purchased”.

At the ceremony held at Burma Camp, where the beds are being housed, President Akufo-Addo stated that the beds, which are to be distributed to all 275 constituencies, are adjustable for better positioning of the patient’s head and feet.

He told the gathering that these beds will allow for better movement of patients, as well as a periodic change to the pressure points on the body, thereby, improving the patient’s blood circulation whilst she/he is in bed, adding that “they maximise comfort for patients who will use them for extended periods of time, and their customisable features will make it easy to adjust specific parts of the bed.”

Whilst urging users and hospital staff to take good care of these beds, which have come at significant cost to the taxpayer, President Akufo-Addo stressed that “with four (4) more years for Nana and the NPP, we will do more for you, because we are motivated by a vision of ensuring that the basic infrastructure in education, health and social services is equitably distributed throughout our nation, to provide relief and encouragement to all sectors of our society. That is how we build a united Ghana”.

  • Ashaiman MP’s name missing from provisional voter register

Ashaiman MP’s name missing from provisional voter register

The Member of Parliament for Ashaiman, Ernest Henry Norgbey, has raised red flags over some missing names on the provisional voters’ register.

Ernest Norgbey, who couldn’t find his name in the register in the ongoing exhibition exercise, claimed that 21,000 voters in his constituency have also had their names deleted from the electoral roll.

In a phone interview with Citi FM, Mr Norgbey further accused the Electoral Commission of deliberately removing such names from the register to disenfranchise some citizens.

“We have identified over 21,000 names that have been deleted from the register and it is just unfortunate that this has happened. We had a very peaceful registration in Ashaiman. There was no chaos. There was nothing untoward and at the end of the exercise, everything was smooth.”

“So it shouldn’t be that during the exhibition, our names will not be on the register, including myself, the MP of the constituency. It’s just unfortunate that this is happening. Be that it may, it also appears that it’s a deliberate attempt by the EC to remove certain categories of people from the register because if you look at the number of people from both the Volta Region and the Northern Region that have been deleted, it could be a deliberate attempt.”

He thus called on the EC to correct the anomaly as soon as possible to prevent any tension in the constituency.
