A husband, a wife, and their son have been shot dead and their bodies set ablaze and burnt beyond recognition at Tsopoli near Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.
On Friday, 13 September 2019, Mr. Reuben Ayipah, a nephew to the deceased man, Oman Kwaw Koranteng, said his uncle and his wife, Sophia Kpotogi Daale and their son, Oman Akuaku, were accosted by some unknown persons while returning from their farm on Thursday 12 September 2019 evening.
The suspects, according to Mr. Ayipah, put the charred bodies in a Toyota Pickup truck parked on the way to the farm and bolted.
Mr. Ayipah said the townsfolks believe the perpetrators are residents of the area as the deceased had issues with some people over a piece of land.
