Ghanaian singer widely known as Pataapa has decided to follow the footsteps of Shatta Wale, Kuami Eugene amongst other artist to also perform a virtual concert for his fans.
The current lockdown in Ghana as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic has forced everyone to stay indoors. All social gatherings are also banned. This directive is to help curb the spread of the virus.
Most artists who still want to make their fans happy have subjected to performing virtual concerts which is streamed live on social media for all to enjoy.
This has influenced Pataapa who in a recent interview with Cobby-1 on Adeiso-based Tru Fm’s ‘Edwuma Pa Mmre’ showed his support to Shatta Wale.
” I’m in full support of Shatta Wale’s performance without audience just to make his fans happy. I’m even planning to organize my own concert next Saturday because as an artist you have to show up whenever there is a situation like this.”
“As you can see I and Shatta like performance. You can organize a concert in your own house to let people see that you are there. I support Shatta Wale,” he added.
