I DON’T THINK ABOUT POLITICAL LIFE ALONE BUT MY SALVATION IS ALSO IN MY HEART EACH AND EVERYDAY
The MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT* for KOMENDA, EDINA, EGUAFO ABREM (KEEA) HON.SAMUEL ATTA MILLS Has donated electrical bulbs for his people to brighten the street and every corner in his municipal.
In an interview, when he was asked why he decided to do that for his people? he said” it’s not only about political life that we think off, we think of our salvation, many people are suffering but am doing my best to help, I know that one day we will be called upon to give an account to whatever we are doing on Earth, there is nothing wrong in helping people, am doing most of the donation out of my own pocket without common fund you will never know who you help today, maybe that person will be your angle one day”
He added that” what I have realised is, the government does not have enough work or job for all graduate and students coming out from the various tertiary and SHS schools, the payroll is felled up, so if you are sitting down now waiting for the government to help you, I think you need to look for another way out to help yourself.
There is enough job for everybody, it’s not only buying and selling but agriculture and tourism are also all ways out to get money and fend for yourself and relatives, most of the people who come to my office to seek for job and means to eat, their appearance and the kind of phones they use says that they are not serious in life and not in need of any help.

The NPP is and will remain law abiding citizens and will do nothing to disrupt the peace that is being enjoyed in the the Nana Addo created Savannah Region.
We shall again not go against the fatherly advice of the overload of the Gonjaland, Tumtumba Boresa I and to usher the Region into that of chaos. The party in the Region is focused as our Parliamentary Candidates and the Regional Minister are in desperation to follow through the developmental projects that are ongoing.
Ghanaians are fed-up with NPP and NDC — GUM Parliamentary Candidate reveals
Honorable Zakari Botchway Inkoom, the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa constituency Parliamentary Candidate for the Ghana Union Movement, has revealed that Ghanaians are fed-up with the New Patriotic Party and National Democratic Congress that is why GUM has come.
In an interview the 46 year old GUM parliamentary candidate expressed the need for Ghanaian’s to vote massively and kick these two parties out in the upcoming 2020 general elections because these two parties are the reason why Ghanaian’s are suffering.
I sometimes blame ourselves because all what we know is either NPP or NDC so they have also taken advantage of that to always steal what belongs to the ordinary Ghanaian” he hinted I have come to help the youth in my constituency because none of these two parties’ parliamentary candidates thought of the well being of our people, which bad roads network, high unemployment rate and poverty been the portion of Asikuma Odoben Brakwa .
Vote GUM into power come 2020 general elections because it is the only Party which can take Ghana to the promise land.

The Concerned Small Scale Miners Union of Ghana (CSSMUG) by this press release calls on all small-scale miners in the country to make themselves available for the upcoming voter’s registration exercise which is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
Members of CSSMUG must also endeavor to avail all their workers and dependents of age 18 and above of the very important exercise.
For the sake of the exercise, small scale miners are advised to work more in the night in order to make time to be registered within the day times.
Mine owners are also advised to divide the labour, so that one group may partake in the registration while the others work on the sites.
In the light of the COVID-19 scare, all mine owners must endeavour to take their workers through the safety protocols and provide them with nose masks and hand sanitizers before they leave the sites to the registration centres.
Strict adherence to the above directives is advised as our task force would be deployed to all the mining districts and sites to enforce them. Mine owners who fail to adhere would have their sites closed down until all workers get registered for their voter ID cards.
Much as we strive to earn a living for ourselves and our families for the benefit of the whole nation, we must also endeavor to exercise our civic duties as law-abiding citizens of our dear nation.
WE WILL SHOW N.P.P RED CARD COMING 2020: JAMASI RESIDENTS
About more than thousand Residents at Jamasi near Besease in the Ejisu Municipality of the Ashanti Region have expressed their disappiontment over the leading NPP government led by Nana Akufo Addo for not fulfilling their promises.
According to the Residents, problems like, poor road networks, poor security, no school in the community, poor sanitation and other challenges which is confronting their community but they have been neglected from the national cake.
They added that, in history of Jamasi, since 1992 ,NPP always defeat to NDC in general elections but 2016, before the general election, the immediate passed Assembly Member of the area, Hon S S Dankwah lead some NPP members to convenienced and promises to solve their problems for them but non of their challenges has been solved since they came to power.
They are therefore urging the NPP leading government that, promise with out deliver will end ZERO result.
DON’T COLLABORATE WITH NPP AND NDC POLITICIANS TO DESTROY THIS COUNTRY: Hon EUGENE T.K.BASHIRU URGED
COLLABORATE
A member of the People’s National Convention and former parliamentary candidate for ceremony constituency in the North East region Hon Eugene T.K Bashiruhas urged the public not to collaborate with the Incompetent NDC and NPP politicians to destroy this country.
According to him , some voters receive bribe from these politicians and it is unpatriotic as a voter to follow these wicked politicians..
Speaking with dikoder.com he says these selfish and greedy politicians don’t think about the lives of the voters but rather their own family and friends. Now days some patriotic citizens have turned to unpatriotic all because of the influence of these NDC and NPP politicians all because of money they receive from them.we are in the election year we must be careful and think about the country first.Hon quoted.
He therefore appealed to the public that ,PNC is ready to change this nation and finally send strong warning to incompetent NDC and NPP politicians who convince people and failed them on promises.
“Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out” – John Wooden.
According to my observation so far, oftentimes, deligates do vote for the rich or bootlickers as Parliamentary Candidates after they have promised and taken money from them without checking their human values to influence development in their various constituencies. And, that has been a contributory factor inhibiting rapid transformation as a country.
On this occasion, I am advising all delegates to put candidates having high human values and positive thoughts on good tables instead and vote for them. Boldly, ignore those with investment funds as tokens. That may help us help elect patriotic leaders to manage our rich country and leave indelible legacies behind for the next generation.
The fact is, when a candidate gives out money to win an election, it’s like investment funds, he/she is going to take it from your four years development fund. Others borrow and pay back after winning election.
Vote 1
Now, to the youth, we must refuse to be used and dumped by some politicians. Think about how to make your dreams realistic. They must use their family and cronies for campaign.
Humbly go and vote peacefully. We are proud of our tranquility.
NPP MUST APOLOGISE TO THE PEOPLE OF DORMAA AND THE ADUANA CLAN
The Dynamic Youth Movement Of Dormaa and Young Professional Group Of Dormaa (YPGD) on behalf of the good people of Dormaa traditional area and the entire Aduana clan wish to express our dismay on the unprovoked attacks and “naked” insults on Osegyefo oseadieyo Agyemang Badu (Aduana piesie), the paramount chief of the Dormaa traditional area.
John Boadu, the General Secretary of the ruling party is expected to be meticulous and well informed on issues of national interest before adventuring to pass pedestrian opinion which does not befit his position as the Chief Executive of the party in government.
As typical of the ruling government, arrogance and sheer display of power, Mr. Boadu, and his executives and government officials without cross checking the wise counsel of Osegyefo oseadieyo Dr. Agyemang Badu during a courtesy call on him by the Inter Party Resistance Against The Compilation Of New Register (IPRANR), jumped into the media landscape and started casting aspersions against the much respected king of the Aduana clan.
The Dynamic Youth Movement Of Dormaa (DYMOD) and Young Professional Group Of Dormaa (YPGD), having carefully noticed the gross disrespect and unwarranted attacks heaped on the person of the Dormaa hene anytime he shares his opinion on national issues by some elements of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), as though it is a well hatched plan from the “top” can no longer be entertained.
Such clear display of impudence by John Boadu and his cohorts will be faced the next time with fierce opposition with equal measure of disrespect.
It is worth noting that, because of John Boadu’s reckless comment, another member from the NPP, one Abronye, whose mouth is filled poisonous words had the audacity to speak his low mind and empty-like analysis on the wise counsel of the revered Paramount Chief.
We, are told that Abronye, is an LL. B holder struggling to find his path on the way forward for his legal education.
For the avoidance of doubt, Nana, has been a member of the bar and bench for over two decades, it is surprising therefore, that such people of low I.Q, just because of party politics could talk back at high level, respected and a learned High court Judge, who’s rise to such an influential place in society was not due to annexing some cheap political power in clandestine manner.
For the records Dormaahene at no point in expressing his views on the electoral commission’s attempt to compile a new register said he will ban the EC from exercising it’s constitutional mandate on his land.
Dormaahene did not make a vague opinion about the register but rather professed his traditional, constitutional and wise counsel on why he thinks compiling a new voters register at this period will not help promote the hard earned peace and stability as a country as required for concensus building.
NPP-Osono-krokroko
APOLOGISE
Upon careful analysis of the reckless statement by John Bouadu directed on the person of the Dormaahene, we, the Dynamic Youth Movement Of Dormaa demand;
A public apology to Osegyefo oseadieyo Agyemang Badu the paramount chief of Dormaa traditional area and the entire Aduana clan.
2.A statement from the leadership of the Npp against the attacks on Dormaahene by the rank and file of their party.
3.A personal appearance of Mr. John Bouadu to the Dormaa palace to perform the necessary rites to pacify the Dormaa stool and fortify the name of the Dormaahene.
We wish to send a word of caution to Mr John Boadu not to come with Kwame Baffo, to Dormaa palace since his safety cannot be guaranteed .
The aforementioned groups, having served this notice will be left with no option than to invoke the necessary remedial measures towards this unfortunate incident upon the refusal of the New Patriotic Party and Mr.John Boadu to comply with these requests.
Allow EC To Work Or Face God’s Wrath- Man Of God Reveals
The debate as to whether there should be a new voter’s register or not keeps on heating as great people such as chiefs, politicians, opinion leaders keep on coming out with different ideas. The latest revelation in this development comes from the founder and leader of the Soldiers of Christ Prayer Group of All Churches, Apostle Dirl Airl King Marshal.
In his shocking revelation, he claims that a fight against the EC’s move is a fight against God which keeps on annoying God that’s gradually compelling Him to spell His wrath on those who have become blockages against the Electoral Commission of Ghana.
According to the controversial self-acclaimed prophet of God, thunder is going to strike NDC leaders, some journalists, and Paramount chiefs if they keep on standing the way of the EC by preventing it from performing its constituted role.

When asked if the time left is good for compilation of a new register the man of God said that’s in God’s wisdom
The Member of Parliament for Sunyani West and Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, Hon Ignatius Baffour Awuah has today commissioned a 7 kilometers streetlight project in the Sunyani West Constituency.
Speaking at a short ceremony at Dumasua, the Minister said the project which covered the Fiapre township, Dumasua, and Mantukwa would not only help to curb criminal activities but also, to beautify the district and improve commercial activities.
He explained that the project was unique in the sense that, unlike the usual streetlights that require manual switching, this current one automatically switches on in darkness and goes off once the darkness disappears.
The M.P stated that it was the President’s vision to ensure that there was universal coverage of electricity, therefore, appealed to the citizens of the area to give the President a second term in office to deliver on that promise.
Nana Kwame Amponsa II, Cheif of Dumasua, who expressed joy about the project commended the Member of Parliament for the swift response to their request which will help improve road safety and safety of the people adding that electricity is very vital to the socio-economic development of the country.
NPP Will Retain Power with a Wider Margin – NPP Chairman To NDC
The 1st Vice Chairman for the New Patriotic Party in the Asokwa Constituency in the Ashanti Region has predicted that Elections 2020 will go in favour of the New Patriotic Party and therefore the opposition NDC should stop wasting time and resources on Campaigning for the upcoming elections.
According to the Vice-Chair, Ghanaians under NPP Government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo have experienced good policies and transformations which have started yielding good results. On this note, most Ghanaians will never bring back a party that doesn’t think about the plight and development of its citizens but rather come to mess with the economy we have strongly built.
He said the flagship policies of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led administration, such as Free Senior High School Policy, Planting for Food and Jobs, Planting for Food and Export, Nation Builders Corp (Nabco) which has so far engaged about 100,000 unemployed graduates, restoration of Teachers and Nursing trainees allowance among others have impacted almost every household in Ghana.
Adding that even under the Covid-19 pandemic the government has managed to institute stimulus packages to cushion businesses and apart from the three months 50 % electricity bill reduction for all Ghanaians, the Government has also offered free water distribution for 3 months among other interventions.
Whenever NPP comes to office, we bring development, innovations and improves the living standard of every Ghanaian hence our various social intervention policies and programs.
He said, for the sake of the future generation of our country and the transformational agenda of President Akufo-Addo led administration let’s all contribute our quota toward the 2020 campaign to ensure the 2nd term for President to do more for the country.
NPP Will Retain Power
Mr. Edmund Kyei further reminded all Ghanaians especially the ranks and file of the New Patriotic Party that, NPP is currently the only political party that has the development of the Nation at heart. And aside from all these social intervention policies and programs, there is ongoing massive infrastructure development across the country by this current Government.
He, therefore, appealed to all party faithful to look at the bigger picture and also discern into the future like the President who is laying a solid foundation for the present and future generation of our dear nation, if all should put complacency, personal and group interest aside and focus in the future couple with unity and hard work, NPP will retain power with a wider margin in 2020”.
Parliament votes 106-96 to approve controversial C. I 126
Parliament has voted to approve the controversial C. I 126 which gives legal backing to the Electoral Commission to compile a new voters’ register for the December polls.
106 members of the Majority side of the House voted in support of the C.I while 96 opposition MPs opposed it.
Despite the seeming clearance from the legislative chamber, the EC will have to jump the major hurdle yet with regards to the new register as the Supreme Court is to rule on the legality or otherwise of their action.
Meanwhile, a group calling itself the Concerned University Lecturers of Ghana has kicked against the decision of the Electoral Commission to compile a new voters’ register for the upcoming elections.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SUSPENSION I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ASIEDU NKATIA – NDC DEPUTY CONSTITUENCY ORGANIZER
Deputy organizer for NDC in the Tain district of Bono region Mr. Nicholas Peh has made a comment that he has no problem with the party’s general Secretary Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nkatia thus he is not going to accept any suspension from the party at the district level.
In an interview with the media, he said the constituency chairman Mr.JK Anto Abebrese brought him a letter of suspension as deputy constituency organizer because he’s having a problem with Asiedu Nkatia for supporting Koku Anyidoho for the general secretary position.
He explained further that, the constituency chairman who is leading the team against him is the one who sabotages and criticized Asiedu Nkatia to him by saying he can not help in any way whenever he is in need.
He also brought his nephew as an assembly member from the ticket of NPP which is unlawful though assembly elections are not partisan, he has also engaged in many misconduct attitudes which I don’t support and he also envies me as I am close to him in terms of position because he trained me in the party and that has created the problem between us and not Asiedu Nkatia.
He mentioned that he is going to report the issue to the regional level and the next decision will be picked from there.
Former president for Sunyani technical university, Mr. Daniel Gyamebi is calling on all sympathizers and loyal people of the new patriotic party to come together and fight for the seat of a member of parliament for sene east and west from the national Democratic Congress.
According to the former TESCON president, the NDC has been ruling the two constituency since 1992 thus is 28years now without any developmental project in the communities of the two constituencies so he is, therefore, calling on all the chiefs and elders in the community to support and vote massively for the newly aspiring MP Nicolas Bitagah who is contesting under the NPP government.
In an interview with the former TESCON president, Mr. Daniel Gyamebi said due to the social intervention by the Nana Addo’s government of administration especially the free SHS and planting for food and jobs policy alone makes him win the seat for the upcoming 2020 election for president.
PRESS STATEMENT BY THE COALITION OF POLITICAL PARTIES OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSIONS
*PRESS STATEMENT BY THE COALITION OF POLITICAL PARTIES IN SUPPORT OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION’S MOVE TO ACQUIRE A NEW BIOMETRIC VOTER MANAGEMENT SOLUTION AHEAD OF THE 2020 GENERAL ELECTIONS IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE CREDIBILITY OF THE ELECTIONS*
Ladies and gentlemen of the press
We have invited you this afternoon to state our position as political parties on the ongoing national conversation regarding the EC’s proposal to acquire a new Biometric Voter Management Solution to enable the commission to compile new voters register ahead of the 2020 General Elections. We shall also use this platform to respond to some deliberate distortions and lies largely being spearheaded by the NDC and one or two minority parties that are against the compilation of a new voters register.
First of all, as political parties, we acknowledge the fact that the Electoral Commission is the constitutional body that is ceased with the appropriate jurisdiction to administer all public elections in the country, and one of its key functions in this regard has to do with the compilation of the voters’ register. Article 45 of the 1992 Constitution and Section 2 of the Electoral Commissions Act (Act 451) state in part that the electoral commission shall compile the register of voters and revise it at such periods as may be determined by law.
The constitution, in Article 51 also mandates the EC to make regulations for the effective performance of its functions particularly for the registration of voters and for the conduct of public elections. We also recognize that by reason of Article 46, the Electoral Commission is an independent body that is not subject to the direction or control of any person or authority in the performance of its functions except as provided in the constitution.
In view of these explicit provisions, when elections do not go well in this country, it is the EC that will be faulted because it is the only constitutional body responsible for the conduct of elections. It is, therefore, a legal obligation on all stakeholders including political parties and civil society organizations to support and cooperate with the Electoral Commission to discharge its constitutional mandate and NOT seek to direct the EC on how to perform its functions.
Political parties are however free to make
suggestions and recommendations to the Commission for its consideration and
possible adoption. This is because political parties are undoubtedly the number
one stakeholders in the conduct of elections, and that is why the nation has a
special purpose vehicle known as the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC)
which serves as an opportune platform for political parties and the EC to meet
and deliberate on matters of concern in relation to the core functions of the
EC.
Even though IPAC has only a consultative
and advisory role, it has been of great importance in building trust among
political parties and in generating proposals for electoral reforms to enhance
the nation’s electoral system. And indeed,
almost all the major electoral reforms that we have witnessed in this country
from 1996 till date have been spearheaded by political parties through IPAC. It
is therefore important for the Electoral Commission (EC) to maintain a close
relationship with IPAC and strengthen its engagement with the political parties
on issues relating to electoral processes.
