The Manifestorial Promises by the NDC, Blessing or Curse?

The opposition party ,New Democratic Congress (NDC) launched their Manifesto with a badge of promises to Ghanaians for prosperity in his turn of office in the year 2021. The people’s Manifesto as described by the NDC party plans to execute his promises if Ghanaians give mandate to him in the upcoming elections. Out of the plenty promises , Volta and Oti region military deployment ahead voter registration create suspicion.

According to Mahama, Free Education is one of the major interest point for all Ghanaians. All SHS schools enjoys free education but his turn of office, he will extend it to private schools and all the available provision will be given to the institutions.

Running mate of the party, Professor Nana Jane Opoku -Agyemang also pronounce the abolishment of the double track system where students go in two batches. She promises to expand infrastructure for students to accommodate to avoid the double track system.

The NDC also said, if Ghanaians decides to vote for them, 50 percentage of the tertiary school students fees will be paid by them.

“One million jobs is one of the agenda in my first term of office in 2021 if voted for. The challenge of the youth ; unemployment will be wiped off and sustainable development and job avenues will take place and also available jobs for unemployed graduates” Mahama said.

In the address, they said NABCO beneficiaries will have a better salary, full employment and rewards. The ban on importation of salvaged Vehicles will be scrab off .

Tax incentives to landlords in reducing advance for tenants in our country Ghana. This agenda is also going to reduce broken homes. He added that Maternity will enjoy 3 months leave as well as 7 days for Paternity if voted for, so as to couple have time for themselves.

Ghanaians hope all this promised by New Democratic Congress (NDC) will not be out of frustration and pressure.
