A video is fast going viral on social media and it captures a soldier who had a confrontation with young man purported to have broken the lockdown rules.

In the video, one could see the soldier whipping the civilian who in retaliation hit back at him.

The soldier consequently pulled his gun on the civilian who hurriedly ran for his life as the soldier pursued him.
