How I was poison and condemned to death by my staff- Mr. Ibu

Veteran Nollywood actor john okafo populary known as Mr.Ibu, has recounted his ordeal about how his trusted staff poison him which almost claimed his life.

The comic actor, revealed that if not the God Almighty, he would have been a story because the poison battled with his life and he had a near death experience.

Mr. Ibu refuted the viral claim that he is addicted to alcohol and that is why he had big belly, but he does not take alcohol. He stated his staff took him to a show where they took the opportunity to poison him.

He said, ” I couldn’t wake up untill they took me home after they declared me dead and put cotten wool in my nose, but I thank God, if not him, l would have been a story”.
